Our Professional and Essential plans provide access to AI-driven coaching tools. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and can be managed or cancelled at any time via your account settings.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use InterviPrep for legitimate professional preparation. Any attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models, scrape data, or use the platform for fraudulent purposes will result in immediate termination of access.

4. Intellectual Property

The "Performance Radar," "Daily Drill," and "Simulation Engine" are proprietary technologies owned by InterviPrep Corporation. Users retain ownership of their specific response data, while InterviPrep owns the analytical output and coaching insights generated by the system.

5. Limitation of Liability

While InterviPrep provides world-class preparation tools, we do not guarantee specific employment outcomes. Career success depends on a variety of external factors beyond the scope of simulation training.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms as our technology and service offerings evolve. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
